The MotionCam Outdoor is a robust outdoor motion detector with a built-in camera that verifies alarms by capturing an animated series of photos. This helps to assess situations accurately and reduce unnecessary security dispatches. Thanks to its superior optics, fast processor, and advanced software algorithms, it operates effectively in all weather conditions, day and night.

Equipped with dual independent PIR sensors, MotionCam Outdoor uses the two-step LISA algorithm for precise detection. Only when both sensors simultaneously detect motion and pass correlation and spectral analyses to confirm the similarity of detected movements does the system trigger an alarm. This technology ensures the device can effectively distinguish between real threats and environmental interferences.

The device also features robust security measures, including anti-masking sensors that detect any attempts to block, cover, or paint the lens. It communicates instantly with the central system, notifying of interruptions or tampering in less than a minute.

Designed to withstand extreme temperatures, from +60°C to -25°C, MotionCam Outdoor also includes a protective hood for its sensors. It utilizes two independent radio protocols—Jeweller for rapid alarm transmission and Wings for fast image delivery—ensuring reliable communication and efficient operation. Installation is straightforward with a QR code setup via the Ajax app, allowing for real-time configuration and remote maintenance, potentially extending battery life up to three years.
