Description
Ajax Hub employs Jeweller wireless technology to securely monitor all network devices up to 2,000 meters away in open spaces or across multiple business centre floors. Powered by an ARM processor, it provides additional capacity for critically important tasks and ensures reliability by using an Ethernet connection with GSM backup. The system can support up to 100 devices simultaneously, with up to 10 users and a security firm able to connect for monitoring via Contact ID.
The tamper-resistant body of Ajax Hub conceals all sockets and buttons inside, enhancing its security features. In the event of an external power failure, an alarm is immediately triggered, and the system can continue to operate for up to 10 hours on battery backup. It pings every 12-300 seconds to monitor the system’s status and is equipped with jamming detection, communication channels encryption, and authentication. Should a channel fail, Ajax Hub automatically selects an unaffected frequency, while a backup GSM signal will notify you if a network failure occurs. Even with inferior connections, the system remains operational at speeds as low as 0.5 kbit/s, and its DeliverAnyway algorithm ensures you stay updated even during network disruptions.
Ajax Hub offers two-way communication for easy customization and periodic testing. Firmware and software updates are free and automatic, making maintenance simple. The system can be easily controlled using a keychain remote, a smartphone app, or a web browser, and it securely maintains a history of all events. Geofence technology adds convenience by reminding you to arm the system when you leave and to disarm it upon return.
Installation is quick and straightforward, taking less than 15 minutes with the help of the interactive manual and SmartBracket mounts. The quality of the connection, device detection area, and radio noise level can all be tested remotely. Devices connect to Ajax Hub with a single click, and the ultrathin AC power adapter is integrated into the body, which is less than 4 cm thick.
