Description

Ajax Hub employs Jeweller wireless technology to securely monitor all network devices up to 2,000 meters away in open spaces or across several business centre floors. Powered by an ARM processor, it delivers the necessary power for critical tasks and utilizes an Ethernet connection with GSM backup to maintain continuous operation. The system can support up to 100 devices simultaneously, with up to 10 users and a security firm able to connect for monitoring via Contact ID.

The Ajax Hub features a tamper-resistant body, with all sockets and buttons concealed inside, enhancing its security. In the event of an external power failure, the system immediately triggers an alarm and can continue to operate for up to 10 hours on battery backup. Regular pings every 12-300 seconds help monitor the system’s status. The Hub is equipped with jamming detection, communication channels encryption, and authentication, ensuring reliable performance. Ajax Hub automatically selects an unaffected frequency if a channel fails, while a backup GSM signal will notify you of any network failure. The system continues to function even with very poor connections, operating at speeds as low as 0.5 kbit/s, and its DeliverAnyway algorithm keeps you updated, even during network disruptions.

Ajax Hub supports two-way communication, allowing for easy customization and periodic testing. Firmware and software updates are free and automatic, ensuring the system is always up-to-date. You can easily control the system using a keychain remote, smartphone app, or web browser, and Ajax Hub securely maintains a history of all events. The Geofence technology can remind you to arm the system when you leave and disarm it when you return, adding an extra layer of convenience.

Installation is quick and straightforward, taking less than 15 minutes with the help of the interactive manual and SmartBracket mounts. You can remotely test the quality of the connection, device detection area, and radio noise level. Devices connect to Ajax Hub with a single click, and the ultrathin AC power adapter is integrated into the body, which is less than 4 cm thick.
