Description
Satin is a synthetic polymer woven material without impregnation.
The satin fabric tape is specially woven so that one side is perfectly smooth, glossy and suitable for thermal transfer printing, while the other has a rougher surface. Satin is exceptionally durable, so the garment tag is softer and more comfortable than nylon fabric.
This type of clothes tag is recommended for use in cases where the fabric is in direct contact with the body. During cold cutting, the edges of the material are cut, so garment or laundry tags are sewn from both sides.
Special dyes are used when printing on a satin fabric ribbon that withstands aggressive environments and is not damaged by detergents.
We make the sew-on textile tags according to an individual model.
The company logo or manufacturer’s trademark and other important information can be placed on the fabric tag. The primary purpose is to note the composition of the fabric and recommendations on how to care for the clothing.
The production of clothing tags requires special conditions – the printing on the labels must be very durable, as they will be cared for (washed and ironed) together with laundry or clothing; accordingly, non-durable paint can wear off quickly.
The main task of the tag is to provide the buyer with complete information about the product, manufacturer, product features, recommendations and application.
