Description

The AP550e is a semi-automatic label applicator that allows you to quickly and accurately apply product and identification labels to various flat surfaces, such as rectangular or conical bottles, boxes, packages, bags, lids, cans and a variety of another packaging. The stickers are applied perfectly, smoothly, and precisely in the desired location. In this way, the product acquires a distinctly professional appearance, and the number of packages affixed per hour increases compared to manually glueing stickers. Easy to use: insert the package into the mechanism, and pull the handle towards the package – the sticker is automatically applied. The set includes the ability to change the distance, memory with the ability to store up to 9 different jobs, and a counter with a built-in LED display. No air pressure is required, which is a significant advantage over sticker applicators requiring expensive, loud and complicated air compressors.

The stickers are applied completely smoothly, providing the product with a distinctly professional appearance. Together, they provide a complete label printing and application solution suitable for small to medium label batches. The applicator can also glue stickers from sticker rolls obtained by flexographic, offset or thermal transfer methods.
