Unitech’s new TB160 tablet with Windows 10 and a sun-ready 10.1-inch touchscreen is designed for use with gloves and in the rain. A testament to versatility, the TB160 rugged tablet is suitable for harsh environments, including heat, cold and rain, while IP65 and MIL-STD-810G standards ensure it will last indoors and out. Rugged and powerful

Equipped with a powerful Intel® Atom processor, 4GB RAM, 128GB SSD hard drive and WWAN support, the TB160 delivers excellent performance. This model offers excellent 2D barcode reading performance and can also read barcodes from smartphone screens or paper. The rugged TB160 features a 10.1-inch touchscreen, adapted for use in the sun and can be used with gloves or when water droplets on the screen. The tablet is equipped with 2 and 5-megapixel cameras to make it easier to capture images and videos in your daily work.

Built to survive

The rugged TB160 can withstand drops of 1.5 metres onto concrete, is IP65 certified, and has a fully insulated case that is protected from dust, moisture and water. It meets the high requirements of the MIL-STD-810G military standard, is shock and vibration resistant and is suitable for operation in a temperature range from -20°C to 50°C. The TB160 tablet is capable of operating in the harshest environments.

Mobile Freedom

The built-in SmartCard reader/CAC and NFC reader (optional), Wi-FI, GNSS (GPS/GLONASS/Beidou), RFID reader and 4G functionality allow the TB160 to be used anywhere. At the same time, the ability to replace the battery for all-day operation gives your employees additional flexibility, guaranteeing fast and reliable data collection and transmission.

Unitech offers a wide range of accessories to adapt the TB160 to different working conditions. These include various docking station options such as a standard desktop docking station or car docking station, a charger for simultaneous charging of 2 batteries, and various optional modules (NFC+SmartCard reader). The TB160 has a 2 mm touchpad for quick and easy data entry. For more comfortable everyday use, the TB160 is equipped with an X-Type wrist and shoulder strap, which allows the user to avoid accidentally dropping or losing the tablet.
