Primera CX1200e

Description

Earn more with the reliable and affordable Primera CX1200e digital label press.

Digital colour label printing offers many advantages. However, until now, digital label presses have required a significant investment in both money and time. The industry needed a more straightforward and cost-effective solution.

That’s why Primera created the new CX1200e digital label press. The CX1200e provides all the essential features of more expensive digital label presses at a minimal cost.

Ideal material unwinding

Primera’s exclusive IntelliTorque™ tension control system provides continuous tension control. This system applies the necessary torque to the appropriate parts of the system as needed. Thanks to this system, you will get perfectly rolled sticker rolls after every printing. IntelliTorque is unmatched in the digital label press category.

Excellent print quality

The CX1200e uses one of the fastest high-resolution colour laser printing solutions. The unsurpassed 2400 dpi resolution will ensure that your printed labels will be as good or even better than labels printed on digital presses costing thousands of dollars—bright and expressive colours. Legible text. Highest quality barcodes and images.

Pantone® colour support is included for precise colour control. Additional profiles are available for different substrates.

Diversity of substrates

From thin paper to white and transparent polyester, the CX1200e gives you the maximum flexibility to use a variety of substrates. The wide range of matte, semi-matte and glossy materials will allow you to choose substrates that will suit the requirements and preferences of every customer. You can even print on specific substrates such as magnetic materials, vinyl and fabrics.

Impressive performance

Print speed is up to 5 meters per minute. You can print 500m in one print run, typically equivalent to a roll of media with a diameter of 305mm.
